Students practice water conservation in the classroom and the outside gardens
The toddlers use an overflow bucket when filling their watering cans so that the overflow can be emptied directly into their garden beds.
Students mist the classroom plants to conserve water.
Students are taught not to run the water. They rinse, turn off the faucet, soap, turn on the faucet and rinse. They then use a half size towel to dry their hands - another conservation measure!
